SELF FINANCING SCHEME FOR STUDYING IN INDIA (2018-19)

The Government of India invites applications from eligible Bangladeshi nationals for the admission to the following courses in India under Self Financing Scheme (SFS) for the academic year 2018-19:-

(i) BE / B.Tech.

1.ii) B. Pharmacy

iii) MBBS

1.iv) BDS

1.v)   B. Arch.

2.Eligibility:-

 

For MBBS/BDS: - Minimum of 50% aggregate marks with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology & Botany) separately & 50% in English in the qualifying examination. Minimum 50th Percentile in NEET.

For BE/B. Tech.:- Minimum 60% aggregate marks with at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately and 50% in English in the qualifying examination.

For B. Pharma :- Minimum 60% aggregate marks with at least 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) separately and 50% in English in the qualifying examination.

For B. Arch: required to pass the Aptitude Test by Council of Architecture.

The selection of candidates for MBBS/BDS will be purely on the basis on scores of NEET 2018. For further details please log on to www.cbseneet.nic.in  

3.Equivalency certificate:

An equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi website http://www.aiuweb.org/Evaluation/evaluation.asphas to be submitted. AIU may be consulted in this regard.

4.The candidates applying under SFS may please submit the following:-

1.a)  Four complete sets of the duly filled up application form

1.b) Four copies of recent photograph duly attested by High Commission at prescribed places in the application

1.c) Attested copies of candidate’s certificates, marks sheets with percentage of marks of qualifying examination (certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi that the candidate’s qualifying examination is equivalent to 10+2 standard of CBSE in India)

1.d) Four attested copies of first four pages of the passport, citizenship certificate, birth certificate and character certificate from the Head of institution last attended attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Government of Bangladesh and High Commission of India, Dhaka.

1.e) NEET 2018 score for MBBS/BDS only

The last date for receipt of the application is on  29.04.2018 at Education Wing, High Commission of India, House No.1-3, Park Road, Baridhara, Dhaka 1212 (Tel: 55067301-08, Extension 1096/1112). Only ink signed copies of the applications with original photographs pasted and attested by the Mission would be accepted. The candidates are required to be present their original certificates for verification at the time of submission of their application forms in person. Selected candidates are required to comply with admission formalities, fee structure and procedures of respective colleges/ Universities, including medical tests in India.
